An OEM counts on us to give their front discharge mixers a high gloss finish that sets the industry standard for durability while showcasing their visually appealing signature styling. We developed a 7-phase process control plan that contains 100+ separate action and inspection tasks – from exhaustive vehicle preparation through to sandblasting, steam cleaning, priming, painting, and final inspection – to ensure that each truck meets the OEM’s demanding quality standards.
Use of high performance coating materials, such as Axalta Imron® Elite polyurethanes, allows us to create high gloss finishes with premium appearance and excellent long-term performance while also enabling us to meet the manufacturer’s color and design requirements. Through the agile teamwork of our highly skilled blasters, painters, and quality inspectors, we currently process 3-4 trucks per week, each on a 5-7 day turnaround.
