Steve Reiff, Inc. offers industrial equipment painting services, specializing in the ready-mix truck industry. Our facilities consist of 3 blasting rooms and 13 spray booths. We have experience in painting bull dozers, excavators, backhoes, front loaders, road pavers, dump trucks, trailers, cranes, concrete trucks , slinger trucks and utility/bucket trucks; as well as weldments, roll-offs, piping, tanks, structural steel and fiberglass hoods. We wet-coat apply a variety of materials such as enamels, epoxies, coal tar epoxies, zincs, and polyurethanes; utilizing paint products from brands including but not limited to Axalta, PPG, Carboline, Sherwin Williams, Ameron, Porter Paints. We utilize an in-house mixing station to formulate colors in Axalta’s Imron urethane, enabling us to match fleet colors or create a new color for your fleet or project.

A paint job is only as good as the surface prep and system it’s designed for, whether an epoxy for abrasion and chemical resistance or a urethane for UV protection. We have experience in successful applications to various substrates such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, fiberglass and plastics. Depending on your project, substrate cleaning could consist of chemical de-greasing, pressure washing and/or steam cleaning prior to blast cleaning removing mil scale and achieving a specific mil profile based on the paint manufactures recommendations. With in-house designers we have the capabilities to match your current fleet design or assist you in designing a new image for your brand.
